The first 96 Supreme Court Justices were chosen based on gender and race.

There have been a total of 115 total Supreme Court Justices in US history. The first 96 were all white men. Thurgood Marshall was the first to break this race line in 1967. Sandra Day O'Connor finally broke the gender line in 1981.

President Joe Biden will not be the first President to choose a Supreme Court Justice based on race and gender, if indeed he does.

Not by a looooooonngg shot.

The interviewer looked skeptical and RBG responded (in effect) nobody ever had a problem with nine men on the court.

The fact that our beloved Justice was replaced by that Jesus hack makes me sick.
