NY couple arrested for using fake vax cards for Bills game
January 26, 2022
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) A western New York couple have been charged with a felony for allegedly using falsified vaccination cards at the Buffalo Bills playoff game against the New England Patriots earlier this month, Erie County District Attorney John Flynn said Wednesday.
Michael Nabb, 34, and Amber Nabb, 37, of West Seneca, made a court appearance for an arraignment Tuesday night. The charge against them criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree carries a maximum penalty of seven years in prison, Flynn said in a release announcing the arraignment.
In late December, Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a law that made it clear that forging a coronavirus vaccination record would fall under the fraud statute.
Flynn told reporters Wednesday that the Bills which require vaccinations for home game attendance had the pair on the teams radar prior to the Jan. 15 playoff game. During the third quarter, team representatives and law enforcement approached the seated couple and took them to be questioned, he said.

(792 posts)Public health endangerment. Reckless behavior.
And really the best way to get after them is to take their kids from the hostile home environment created by their parents, and ensure they are vaccinated. That is the ultimate punishment for an anti-vaxxer because "muh stem cells" and "muh Jesus" and "muh fertility".

(792 posts)I wonder if this is a sneak preview of the upcoming integration of social credit into vaccine regulation enforcement? Simply track everyone's public anti-vaxx sentiment, cross reference it to their phones upon entry, mark it on the map, and round 'em up during their bathroom break to not cause a scene.
Or hell, get them in their seats and set a public example. Either way is great!
