The dumbest RW meme: Kamala Harris for SCOTUS
FoxNews, former Trumpers, and other RWers have latched onto the idea that Harris is somehow failing as VP and that Biden may push her out by nominating her to replace Breyer.
It is the silliest, stupidest suggestion I've seen.
For starters, Harris isn't failing. And there is no way she would move from being next in line to be President to be an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court.
But mostly, and this is probably why this a RW wet dream (albeit one that simply reveals their stupidity), if Harris were nominated, it's likely she would be put in the position of casting the tie-breaking vote for her own confirmation -- something that would follow her around the rest of her career. And even more significantly, once she resigned as VP, her replacement would have to be approved by majorities of both the House and Senate and there would be no VP to break a tie in the Senate, so the Repubs would have complete leverage over the VP selection.
So, if you see suggestions from RWers about Harris as VP, just tell them that it ain't happening and that they're even more stupid than we imagined if they think it is even a remote possibility.

RW shit-pot stirring, aka "messaging," seems to be like car wrecks on the roads for DUers. Everyone wants to stop and see the frightening reminder of danger, not the road ahead.
All we can do is be people who hear what we should. VP Harris's messaging is about WHAT WE'RE DOING. It's the Republicans who want us to flap our arms and run in circles every time their agents light up stinky arrows and shoot them our way.
