TFG must be tried for both Treason and Sedition.

……………………………………………..

What is Sedition?

If you are doing something or saying something that is meant to overthrow the established authority in your country, you are liable to be charged with sedition.

What is Treason?

Treason is a concept that overlaps with sedition. It refers to acts of brazen defiance against one’s own government in a bid to bring harm or to overthrow the government in place. If you owe allegiance to your government but do something to overthrow the government…

…………………………………………..

Do the actions, as revealed by undisputed evidence to date, merit an indictment on Sedition?

Yes. TFG said many things and did many things to overthrow the established authority on J6, the purpose being to overthrow the established authority of Congress to certify the will of the Electorate as to the next government.

Do the actions, as revealed by undisputed evidence to date, merit an indictment on the capital offence of treason?

Yes.

Were there “acts of brazen defiance against one’s own government in a bid to bring harm or to overthrow the government in place ? If you owe allegiance to your government but do something to overthrow the government or betray your state by harming its interests and by helping an enemy state, you are liable to be charged with treason.”

All checkboxes are marked; a President owes high allegiance to the government in place at the time of the bid to overthrow the government. As well many subordinates would meet the tests.

The DOJ is asking these very same questions, applying the legal lenses, using the same tests.

The outcome of all tests must come out the same. Bearing in mind the full picture is not yet known to the public, the full evidence not yet released.

Indictments for Sedition and Treason, a certainty.

It can only be a matter of time, which as of today is not of the essence.

9. You are correct. It may be somebody's generic "international" idea of it.

But nothing like the U.S. legal definition.

those who have no idea of what it actually means. Often throwing in “Death is the punishment for treason.” The actual possible penalties for treason include death, but that isn’t the only option:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Even if that wasn’t so, where, when, and by whom was Putin/Russia declared our “sworn enemy.” I think I missed that vote.

language from the Constitution regarding Treason. Nobody is going to be charged with Treason, and there's no need to do so.

Sedition or Conspiracy for an Insurrection is more than adequate to put them all in prison for what will amount to a life sentence.

Accuracy matters.
