Some people say we are in a civil war.

If true, it is a civil war between the liars and truth tellers. Just like our civil war in the 1860s.

If we are in a civil war and the liars best soldiers are the people who stormed our capital. The proud boys, oath keepers, morons who had no idea why they storming the capital, people wearing pro concentration camp shirts. If that's their best, then let the civil war be so. The truth tellers will kick their ass just like they did in the 1860s.

This time it will be easier because these liars are idiots who cannot tell the difference between the day and night.

1. What if they had a civil war and nobody came?

I think the "civil war" is just a figment of the overworked imaginations of people at the extreme. Middle America is not having a civil war, and doesn't much care what the crazies are doing while they play army in the woods.

As long as they can have thier Starbucks, Amazon or Netflix, all is fine.

If it came to power being cut off, cell phone lines down, drastic shortages at the grocery store (if you can even get there if the snipers don't kill you), then, yeah, most will pay attention.

7. If it was an actual war, power, food and communication sources...

would be main targets of forces but there isn't any standing, opposing force on the white supremacist right, just disjointed militia groups in various locations across non-contiguous states.

And the fact that they are in non-contiguous states and their communications can be cut off is a huge factor as the Nat'l Guard combined with state, regional and local LEO forces will do that immediately with information gathered on these groups from FBI, Homeland Security and other intelligence sources.

These militias with their AR-15s, pipe bombs and other small arms weaponry will be no match for even state trooper and police forces with aircraft, helicopters and surplus military vehicles, much less the Nat'l Guard with even more advanced weaponry at their disposal if it's necessary to call them in.

And for those who say right winger/white supremacists have infiltrated LEOs, they don't come near to matching the number of officers who are loyal to their oatns, not to mention just the average Americans, many armed, who will side with the Feds and LEOs.

4. The extreme right's wet dream is a civil war, with fighting and shooting on the streets.

5. It is a war of the rich against all the rest of us and they keep winning by dividing us.

We have gone from the wealthiest working class on the planet to calling the now poorest working and middle class of all the industrialized and even half modernized nations.

We can do what the rich white billionaires are telling their followers to do, get active locally.

Find the common ground first, then proceed as slowly as necessary but we must persist.
