I just read both the linked report and the two detailed rebuttals to the bogus "science journal articles". Wow, Elsevier is basically publishing anything they can to make a quick buck with. A complete breakdown of peer review integrity. Our country needs to mandate open-source access to all research coming from government grants, facilities receiving govern ment grants and any organizations with non-profit status.
