Putin has apparently read about Hitler's problems in 1944.
In this picture of Putin at his long table, indications are he doesn't want to risk being blown up by his aids.

1. Apparently he's terrified of Covid.
Doesn't mind his generals getting it though.

10. I read that visitors had to be quarantined for two weeks before seeing Putin.
Here's a post by BlueGreenLady (from Financial Times) that says about the same: https://upload.democraticunderground.com/100216409847

could be an extreme case of small man syndrome.
It appears absurd and hilarious though. |

9. Still as a veteran KGB officer, I'm surprised he doesn't want to read the faces of his aids...
Goes along with my suspicion that his puffy "moon-face" may reflect high dose corticosteroid use for any number of conditions, rendering him immunocompromised and thus susceptible to COVID-19 and other infections from his staff.

15. Immunocompromised? Or just seriously paranoid.
One of the two. I'm guessing immunocompromised, myself. He's ensuring every "outsider" who is just meeting or visiting is at least 20 ft. away from him. I doubt he lets anyone but trusted servants, bodyguards, or doctors near him.

16. Oh....
If the person were as big as the person that would fit better in that chair the table wouldn't appear to be as long as it is now.
