So far over 400,000 African Americans have voted in early voting but there is still over one million has not voted yet. We need to contact them and make sure they vote. What matters is turnout. That is the only way Republicans can win North Carolina. African Americans had the highest turnout rate in 2008 but we need to exceed that in every county.
