Russia should be declared terrorist state: Polish PM
Polands prime minister on Thursday called for Russia to be declared a terrorist state for its attack on Ukraine.
Mateusz Morawieckis words came as he spoke to reporters before departing for a two-day summit of European Union leaders in Brussels, Belgium, Poland's PAP news agency reported.
Morawiecki noted that Ukraines government and President Volodymyr Zelensky had urged the international community to put Russia on the list of terrorist states.
Russia is indeed terrorising Ukraine, the Polish prime minister said, adding that Russian troops were terrorising the civilian population, killing innocent women, children and elderly people.
For this reason, we should indeed declare Russia a terrorist state, Morawiecki said, as quoted by the PAP news agency.
He confirmed that Poland had blocked the bank accounts of the Russian embassy in Warsaw.

It is a state engaged in a deliberate campaign of terror, intending to leverage wholesale death and injury to non-combatants as a means to force surrender of their government.

Their aircraft and their artillery will hit hospitals, schools, churches and old folks' homes
time after time. They will even hit civilians caught out in the open. If this is not terrorist
activity then I don't know what is.
