I mean, Barr is useless to Trump now, the next AG will be someone like Eastman, there will no constraints, just unleased power. But we will be able to rest our heads on our pillows and dream how we weren't political, even though the DOJ is not prosecuting today for political reasons.

Why did the R's vote down Garland's SC appointment?

Something doesn't add up.

Obama liked him so Mitch didn't. Even if Mitch liked him he couldn't like him because Obama selected him.

10. So he turned down one of his own on the SC?

That's quite a stretch considering the talk now that Garland's obviously protecting his own Federalist peeps.

That makes no sense.

A seat opens up on the SC & a supposed Federalist loyalist is within votes of grabbing that prized spot, but they say 'Nope! Obama likes him. We'll pass.!

C'mon.

It doesn't make any sense. When was the last time Mitch McConnell actually made any sense? Remember when President Obama was first elected Mitch McConnell's first statement was that his priority was to make sure Obama was a one-term president.

13. And doesn't this order require production of all the e-mails mentioning "Cruz" in any way?

One step at a time, one conspirator at a time. We see where the committee is heading, linking the members of Congress raising the objections to the criminal coup d'etat` plot in the White House.
