(2,254 posts)..always have an edge, whether the influential someone is Vice-President or Senator or just some individual they know, working at a company they'd like to work for. The best job I ever got was due to a relationship I had with a guy who worked for a company I wanted to work for. If my Dad had been a United States Senator or Vice President, my life would have probably turned out very differently.
But Hunter Biden is no doubt a sharp individual who's success was the result of his ability and not his last name. It doesn't matter who you know if you can't produce and Hunter was doing well long before 2016. His resumé is impressive.
