Trump waited too long to file his big RICO case against Clinton et al

Hillary Clinton moves to dismiss case, it should have been brought within 4 years.

~snip~
“These allegations form the gravamen of all of [Trump’s] claims,” the filing says. “But notwithstanding his rousing, all-caps call to action, [Trump] waited four years, four months, and twenty-four days before filing suit. His delay renders each of his claims untimely.”

The motion to dismiss also briefly disputes Trump’s 16 counts on the merits.

As for the RICO allegations, the motion to dismiss argues that Clinton “is not a proper defendant” because she did not engage “in any cognizable RICO enterprise” or a sustained pattern of RICO predicate crimes."

It is just a way for TFG and republicans to say all democrats are bad and they are coming for us. Then when the case is dismissed as any reasonable person predicted, it would never be reported in right wing media.

Something like "Deep State Judge Protects Corrupt Clinton."
or something to that effect.
If it's on Faux Spews it will be something like
"Did the Deep State Manipulate the Legal Process that was Uncovering Clinton's RICO Crimes?"

The filed it late intentionally because they knew they didn't stand a chance in Hell of winning. This way it looks like a technicality stood in the way of trumpie getting the justice he so rightfully deserved

constitutes interstate racketeering to that ignorant putz and his stable of legal luminaries like Giuliani, Powelll, Eastmen, and the others.

I'm sure there is a clerk somewhere who dragged his or her feet just this long so this idiocy would get tossed out quickly for late filing so no one would ever know that they'd had anything to do with such an obvious pile of utter donkey bollocks.

from their money but I am hoping that this revelation may get it dismissed immediately, preventing him to further fund raise on it.
