3. From the Politico exclusive:

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/05/02/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473

A person familiar with the court’s deliberations said that four of the other Republican-appointed justices – Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett – had voted with Alito in the conference held among the justices after hearing oral arguments in December, and that line-up remains unchanged as of this week.

The three Democratic-appointed justices – Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan – are working on one or more dissents, according to the person. How Chief Justice John Roberts will ultimately vote, and whether he will join an already written opinion or draft his own, is unclear.

I haven't seen any confirmation of this, or any more information on CJ Roberts.

6. I saw some post either here or Twitter that Roberts was a no on overturning Roe

But he was a yes on upholding the MS ban. It sounds like right now it is 5/3 with his vote not registered yet.

I'm trying to keep up here. Honestly I thought the case was based on 15 week termination not the whole thing going back to the states

14. The Mississippi case is about 15 week termination, but

Alito and the conservative majority said that Roe and Casey should be overturned completely and send it back to the states. They voted in favor of that in the draft.

Alito says any law decided by the 14th Amendment should be overturned.

12. The draft doesn't include who joined in the decision

5-4 is the assumption because Alito wrote it. If Roberts were part of the majority, most assume that he would select someone else to write it.
