A legislative fix on background checks.

The republicans have tried to eliminate health care for Americans over 50 times. I would suggest that the both the House and Senate bring background checks to the floor of each chamber weekly now until Election Day. It will either pass or there will be a record to run on or against.

There is a reason that the republicans continued to bring up healthcare, it was the red meat to their base. Background checks are not red meat, they are a simple start to a terrible crisis.

Seriously- I'm not for implementing a national school 'barricade' program - if states mired in stupidity are not willing to go along with this.

If it doesn't pass - Democrats need to hold the line on not allowing Federal funds to be given to states who won't help themselves.
