having any strength. But I have to say, I've flung those little McDonald's packets of ketchup against a wall and have never gotten them to break. But, I was 5.

In fact, he had a Manual that delineated the manner in which he was to be served which covered things like the ketchup as well as how his Coke was held as it was being opened with a gloved hand. Can you say "elitist"?

It's been reported for years that he insists items be opened in front of him so as to insure they were not tampered or compromised.
