Time is the major player in all decisions.

So, Biden isn't ready to increase the Supreme Court...... Now?

Maybe later?

Maybe in a few months he will be ready, after more important decisions are given that take away rights?
....Time will tell, and over time people change their opinions. Yes, you & I know that is true.

majority vote in the House?

executive order?

61 votes in the Senate?

67 votes in the Senate?

simple declaration that each circuit court gets 1 SCOTUS?

3. It's a law. So simple majority in House, simple majority in Senate AFTER cloture vote,

hence discussion of needing to ditch the filibuster, and then POTUS signature.

and 50 votes in the Senate after we make a filibuster exception for this in the Senate. The exception taking the same 50 votes. Which, with Manchin and Sinema, we don't have.

So we need 61 to force Cloture (won't happen) and a final 50 votes in the Senate (plus Kamala).

so unless someone knows how to pressure our two reluctant Democrats in the Senate, we are very unlikely to expand the court.

So, what is the plan again?

And how is this Joe Biden's fault?

Seems that a lot of Democrats on my TV are blaming Biden.

Well 52 at the bare minimum to overcome manchin and sinema. But probably a few more will turn out to ge necessary I'm guessing.

8. Exactly. And from my understanding, 2024 and 2026 maps aren't favoring democrats.

2020 and 2022 were supposed to be the good map years for democrats.
