Maybe in a few months he will be ready, after more important decisions are given that take away rights?

(29,191 posts)and 50 votes in the Senate after we make a filibuster exception for this in the Senate. The exception taking the same 50 votes. Which, with Manchin and Sinema, we don't have.

So we need 61 to force Cloture (won't happen) and a final 50 votes in the Senate (plus Kamala).
so unless someone knows how to pressure our two reluctant Democrats in the Senate, we are very unlikely to expand the court.
So, what is the plan again?
And how is this Joe Biden's fault?
Seems that a lot of Democrats on my TV are blaming Biden.
