I need the help of constitutional lawyers or those who can make more sense...
of the constitution than I can.
Is there ANYWHERE in the constitution or its amendments that grants or authorizes the people of the US to launch or explode devices that look or sound like the results of a war zone? If you can answer, please site the phrase of the constitution or amendment that allows it. Thanks in advance, and sorry for my ignorance.

1. Not a lawyer, but there is a maxim in common law:
“That which is not expressly prohibited is implicitly allowed.”
But I understand your frustration. I hate fireworks. |

6. Fireworks are not really a constitutional matter.
Look to your local zoning and state regulations.

8. The 10th amendment essentially says states can regulate fireworks as they see fit.

11. It does apply to gun laws.
As long as your 2A rights under the U.S. Constitution are not violated.

13. What about the "Preamble to the Constitution" that says (and I'm going to paraphrase here like...
Alito's response to abortion)
"Ensure domestic Tranquility"...(jumping ahead)..."and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, to ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America. UNDERLINING MINE |

15. They think the Constitution they're creating will benefit future generations.
We all agree with that, as long as the judicial branch is capable of interpreting the document correctly and applying it to the realities of the present day.

16. "Domestic tranquility"...
… doesn’t mean a personal right to peace and quiet without noisy disturbances (runways, traffic, fireworks, neighbor’s kids’ music).
They were forming a union between independent states. Domestic tranquillity meant keeping those states from fighting with each other. Just as “common defense” meant that they would defend each other (states) - not a standing single army |

12. I have always thought it strange
that it never mentions guns or firearms. There seem to be more laws regulating other arms like knifes and swords than guns.
