Christo-fascists making moves on FL school boards

School boards in the exburbs and hinterlands of the south, midwest, etc. have been full of god bothering nutters for a couple decades now.

perhaps greater than the billionaire libertarians like Charles Koch and Rupert Murdoch, or organizations like Americans for Prosperity and the Chamber of Commerce.

and at this point they are organized sufficiently to be fine without him. They will set the agenda not him, and his brethren.

For now, they are bring home schooled. How long that will last, I am not sure. Minnesota is still a very progressive state.

It's fucking scary down there. I wish my MIL would leave Sarasota County.

Your MIL can help fight back by joining local groups, Support Our Schools, and Protect Our Schools, and voting for Dem endorsed school board members. We can't give up.

And starting to slip. She's very busy volunteering with hospice in that area.

This is why we need people to run at every level of government.
This is an emergency and unless you want kids being taught to question the Holocaust & thinking "Nazi lives matter!" we need to organize.

This problem is much deeper and much more entrenched most are even aware of or could imagine.


Charlie Kirk's Turning Points USA (TPUSA) is a fascist white nationalist entity. Literally.
There's absolutely no debating that fact and they are highly organized.
In fact, they even released a sort of "hit list" on their website of many school districts they've targeted.
I won't link it here but here's a screenshot. There's many listed.

Lastly, I urge you all to get involved. Run for a local school board if you're physically able to do so.
I mean it. We need HELP badly.

Drumpf was a fluke. Most of the fascists work their way up to the system to become governors, representatives and senators that make our lives a living hell. They start on the school board, or the city council, or a county supervisor, then work their way on up. So, along with the harm they do in the short-term by being on the school board and pushing hate, there's also the fact it's a stepping stone to a bigger platform and being able to create more hate.

The secret is to stop them at the bottom. Keep them from getting elected to the school board or the city council. Stop them before they can even step onto the first rung of the latter. Stopping them now prevents them from hurting us now and hurting us down the road when they have a resume and a string of victories.
