so only their beliefs count as a true belief.

They are all delusional and think they speak for the same god they also claim is all-knowing and all powerful.

Yeah. Their god is so powerful it needs a pile of gutless worms to speak for it.

And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. And the man that lieth with his father’s wife hath uncovered his father’s nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them. Leviticus 20: 10-12

Republicans don't stand a chance if they manage to turn this into an evangelical protestant theocracy based on their bible.

not really sins or because they are forgiven, it's OK.

Whose unemployment compensation claims were denied because Smith, a Native American, used peyote in a Native American religious ritual, and was fired for violating the law.

That case stands for the proposition that a generally applicable law, not targeting the practices of a specific religion, is enforceable even though it intereferes with the free exercise of religion.

(Not to mention that it isn't the supreme court which establishes a right to the free exercise of religion - it is the constitution)
