SC allows people to do things because of religious beliefs right? So

A doctor should be allowed to do abortions because they feel God permits it!

1. The religious wackadoodles believe their brand of religion is the only religion that matters,

so only their beliefs count as a true belief.

They are all delusional and think they speak for the same god they also claim is all-knowing and all powerful.

Yeah. Their god is so powerful it needs a pile of gutless worms to speak for it.

4. The radicalized Republican party wants their own destruction ...

And the man that committeth adultery with another manís wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbourís wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. And the man that lieth with his fatherís wife hath uncovered his fatherís nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. And if a man lie with his daughter in law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them. Leviticus 20: 10-12

Republicans don't stand a chance if they manage to turn this into an evangelical protestant theocracy based on their bible.

6. They'll just behave as they already do now. They'll deny it or claim their sins are

not really sins or because they are forgiven, it's OK.

They already act as if anything they do that is considered a sin is no big deal. It's only bad when other people do it.

3. Now Catholics/Protestants can refuse to treat each other?

Now Catholics/Protestants can refuse to treat each other?

Many Catholics/Protestants consider the other to be false Christians.

8. Tell that to Alfred Smith

Whose unemployment compensation claims were denied because Smith, a Native American, used peyote in a Native American religious ritual, and was fired for violating the law.

That case stands for the proposition that a generally applicable law, not targeting the practices of a specific religion, is enforceable even though it intereferes with the free exercise of religion.

(Not to mention that it isn't the supreme court which establishes a right to the free exercise of religion - it is the constitution)
