That step such as "Georgia’s abortion ban counts a fetus as a person." certainly help opens the door.

First off, miscarriage, even on the lowest estimated scale, is estimated at 10 per 100 pregnancies. This is under 20 weeks. Sometimes they don't even know what causes the miscarriage.

Add 1 pregnant lady and 1 minor car accident. Shaken up, if she does have a miscarriage in the next couple days, the person that hit her could be facing a manslaughter charge. Even at a stage of pregnancy where the woman doesn't even know she was pregnant.

Well, if you think personal injury lawyers need more work and large settlements, this scenario is for you.
