Many on this board were saying last week that once the warrant was released they’d start to move the goal post and say “release the affidavit”. I think Trump may be delusional enough to think nothing will come of this and he’s trying to limit the political damage. Or this may be the only way he knows how to respond. But his team has to know they won’t release the affidavit. Even if they did then it’d be either “release the evidence” or “I can’t get a fair trial now”.
