Why does the MSM drop the "criminal" descriptor when reporting on this story?

5. It's not in their Mission Statement

Their mission is to make sure that no matter how bad the story portrays one party, it is THEIR DUTY to make such headlines appear that BOTH sides are equally guilty or that both sides do it.

They have a fiduciary responsibility to themselves as ENTERTAINMENT organizations to protect their livelihoods.
