One of Trump's attorneys told Fox last night that Trump "has guests frequently" in the office where classified documents were found by the FBI. Trump's own attorney said that.
Habba: Im somebody who has been in his office.. I have firsthand knowledge. I have never seen that. That is not the way his office looks.. He has guests frequently there.

Yes, he wasnt supposed to have them, but, everyone who knew he had them and didnt make like Donald Sutherland in Body Snatchers is also incriminated.

Sorry,... but a Greyhound bus station is not the ideal place to keep or store sensitive top secret documents.
What is wrong with these people ?

(82,849 posts)Do these nitwits think a drug dealer has his bags of drugs tastefully arranged on a table with his bestest firearms displayed behind? The report of the cops who found all this stuff records where they found each item, and then they take a photo of the whole haul.
But I guess it's reassuring to know that the former guy had all those classified documents securely tucked away in a desk drawer, and everybody was strictly told not to go rifling through his desk.

(15,246 posts)them for documentation purposes. No one has ever said the photo depicted how Trump kept things in his office. This lawyer's claim is yet another red herring.
David Laughtner was on with Chris Hayes yesterday. Hayes asked him what he thought of the photo. Laughter said it just looked like many others he's seen in other cases involving people having classified documents illegally.
