F-potus lawyer: "That is not the way his office looks.. He has guests frequently there."

One of Trump's attorneys told Fox last night that Trump "has guests frequently" in the office where classified documents were found by the FBI. Trump's own attorney said that.

Habba: I’m somebody who has been in his office.. I have firsthand knowledge. I have never seen that. That is not the way his office looks.. He has guests frequently there.

The point of the “knowledge trip line” is to prevent the commerce or transfer of improperly held intelligence. Make everyone culpable, nobody is an innocent bystander. It is the essence of why these types of information are referred to as “radioactive”.

Yes, he wasn’t supposed to have them, but, everyone who knew he had them and didn’t make like Donald Sutherland in “Body Snatchers” is also incriminated.

Stash away stolen top-secret documents at your club's office, and proceed to have numerous guests drop in at the crime scene. How very "exculpatory"!

trDUMP's Mar a Largo golf club/beach mansion is less like a secure skiff location to store top secret documents and more like a Greyhound bus station with unaccountable high traffic flow of people coming and going with little scrutiny.

Sorry,... but a Greyhound bus station is not the ideal place to keep or store sensitive top secret documents.

What is wrong with these people ?

Do these nitwits think a drug dealer has his bags of drugs tastefully arranged on a table with his bestest firearms displayed behind? The report of the cops who found all this stuff records where they found each item, and then they take a photo of the whole haul.

But I guess it's reassuring to know that the former guy had all those classified documents securely tucked away in a desk drawer, and everybody was strictly told not to go rifling through his desk.

them for documentation purposes. No one has ever said the photo depicted how Trump kept things in his office. This lawyer's claim is yet another red herring.

David Laughtner was on with Chris Hayes yesterday. Hayes asked him what he thought of the photo. Laughter said it just looked like many others he's seen in other cases involving people having classified documents illegally.
