I think Trump's Judge is going to grant his special master request

That is why she didn't issue a ruling from the bench.

They want to bury it deep in the Friday news dump, after prime time.

If she does this, she should be indicted for obstruction.

23 senators didn't think she was worth coming back for to vote for or against her nomination. She cleared the judiciary committee 16-6. Both DE senators voted aye, presumably Biden had no great objection to her.

to DoJ, but if she somehow works an executive privilege allowance into her decision, that's problematic.
DoJ would do an immediate appeal.
