It’s rare that a sitting Democratic President is willing to call out domestic enemies by name. Joe Biden did just that. He said who they are and what they are. THAT takes guts and conviction. He just displayed ample reserves of both. I believe that the extremist fringe of the Republican Party is so frothing-at-the-mouth furious because they had talked themselves into believing Trump’s calling him “sleepy Joe.”

I don’t think the Republicans will be calling him “Sleepy Joe” after this. A President who just knocked a whole wing of an opposing party flat on its ass with one twenty minute speech is obviously not sleeping.
