Most human embryos naturally die after conception - restrictive abortion laws fail to take this

embryo loss into account

https://news.yahoo.com/most-human-embryos-naturally-die-122452286.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall

Many state legislatures are seriously considering human embryos at the earliest stages of development for legal personhood. Total abortion bans that consider humans to have full rights from the moment of conception have created a confusing legal domain that affects a wide range of areas, including assisted reproductive technologies, contraception, essential medical care and parental rights, among others.

However, an important biological feature of human embryos has been left out of a lot of ethical and even scientific discussion informing reproductive policy – most human embryos die before anyone, including doctors, even know they exist. This embryo loss typically occurs in the first two months after fertilization, before the clump of cells has developed into a fetus with immature forms of the body’s major organs. Total abortion bans that define personhood at conception mean that full legal rights exist for a 5-day-old blastocyst, a hollow ball of cells roughly 0.008 inches (0.2 millimeters) across with a high likelihood of disintegrating within a few days.

Don't be a pregnant woman and come into contact with any douchebags because if you were to lose that pregnancy, who knows what they might suggest to law enforcement.

Nearly every woman capable of getting pregnant could at some point be arrested for murder because the hormones could be there, but the pregnancy not viable and women do not even know they are pregnant most times with one of these embryos..

just get a policy every month on the chance that there's a conception, and then collect a month later if Blasty disintegrates?

"A person" can be insured, right?

The vast majority of fertilized eggs fail to attach to the uterine lining, are sloughed off from the body as waste, and are flushed down the toilet.

When the gestational slavers vest “rights” upon a fertilized egg that supersede the actual rights of women, the message is clear: women are less valuable than sewage.

Also, some degree of self-awareness would be necessary; a personality perhaps.
None of this exists in a fetus.
You might as well call a fertilized egg in the womb of a dog a person...same level of development.
For me, a person only exists when a fetus is birthed and takes that first unaided breath; when it begins life as an independent being.

It should be obvious by now that they don't give a flying fuck about life at any stage.

And weekly pregnancy tests.

And if one shows you pregnant.

You better stay pregnant.

Edit to read that should say woman and girl.
