The mental and emotional gymnastics we all do...clinging to baseless hope that he didn't already divulge incredibly dangerous secrets...right? If you're objective about all this, hasn't every Trump scandal uncovered something WORSE than you had imagined? Maybe we're trained to give people the benefit of the doubt, innocent until proven guilty, but in Trump's case, he gets the detriment of the doubt. It's ALWAYS WORSE.

4. Seriously, I felt emotionally battered and physically drained after 6 years of that thug.

I foolishly thought we could all pretty much forget him after January 20, 2021, but like a bad toenail fungus infection, he stubbornly refuses to go away.
