The DoJ simply needs to ignore the PT Barnum malarkey and follow the facts and the law.

And I'm certain that is what they are doing. He will not be treated like a former president because he does not deserve to be treated like a former president. He should be treated like a civilian that refused to turn over the secret documents that did not belong to him. Perhaps it needs to be repeated? They did not belong to him. They belong to the people of the United States of America. You know, the deep state.

in the stolen documents case. Indicting Trump has nothing to do with evidence, it has to do with "doing it."

but what I want to know is this: which indictment comes first...January 6 sedition, insurrection or MAL treason, espionage...overthrowing the government, or stealing and hiding highly classified documents?..
