Donald Trump praised Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping during a rally in Pennsylvania.

Said Trump: “I’ve got to know a lot of the foreign leaders, and let me tell you, unlike our leader, they’re at the top of their game.”

He added about Xi: “He rules with an iron fist, 1.5 billion people, yeah I’d say he’s smart. Wouldn’t you say he’s smart?”

He described Putin as “fierce” and “smart.”

Talking about Xi Jinping “He rules with an iron fist, 1.5 billion people, yeah I’d say he’s smart. Wouldn’t you say he’s smart?”

3. He praises dictators because he wants to be one.

Xi keeps a much lower profile than Putin so is harder to evaluate. Putin's smarts however, have proven to be as illusory as the strength of his once vaunted army.

And for trump to be praising these two, our most prominent adversaries shows how twisted his mind is in what he values.

He idolizes dictators because that's what he wants to be. He didn't quite manage to pull that off when he didn't get re-elected.

China was able to very quickly assert dominance in the waters and ports in it's neighborhood (and far away, too) once it had the upper hand in trade negotiations without interference from the US.

What good are smarts if you don’t use them for good?

Also, if you couldn’t rule 300 million people like Xi rules China, does that mean you’re *not* smart?

He still believes he will ......."Get Away With It"...He won't, the FBI is very patient. It needs time to get
all the ducks in a row. When that happens..(along with the NY Atty General) Trump will go way down.
