or is it completely up to the conscience of the judge to decide if they want to or not?
FFS we had Thomas on SCOTUS ruling on motions that his own WIFE were involved in, and not recusing.
Might be time for some legislation on that matter

She said the DOJ can't continue reviewing the documents until a "special master" has. The DOJ already stated they completed a review of the documents.
