This "judge" is 41 years old. Confirmed by the Senate 3 days after Donnie Dipshit lost the election

Or, I'm sorry, I mean in her mind "3 days after the election was stolen from Donnie Dipshit".

I posted a couple of days ago about how Retrumplicans haven't made our judicial system a joke, it always has been...

I was told not too worry about it. That judges are assigned these cases "randomly". It was "just a coincidence" that this particular case ended up in front of this particular "judge".

Sure would be nice for some transparency, wouldn't it?

Like, how do these "random" assignments work?

Are the names pulled out of a hat?

Who oversees the "random" assignment?

Did Donnie Dipshit have a 90% chance of getting a sychophant he appointed because Mcconnell ensured 90% of the judges in this circuit BELONG TO DONNIE DIPSHIT .?

It is also fascinating that, over 240 years of jurisprudence in this country. With legal experts as diverse, skilled and experienced as Warren Berger, Antonin Scalia, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Thurgood Marshall, William Taft and Sandra Day O'connor...all of these giants of the court...it was this 41 year old Donnie Short Fingers appointee that discovered something they all missed!

Gee, this judge must be a judicial savant. I, for one, just can't wait to see what other Judicial "brilliance" comes these Donnie Dipshit judges OVER THE NEXT 50 YEARS!

America really "can" have TWO PRESIDENTS AT THE SAME TIME.

That is "great" fucking news for every former President, or does this "super-extra-special" privilege only apply to one former guy.

But hey! Why stop there?

How about former Governors, Mayors, City Managers, City Council Members, School Board Members, Coroner...hell, even PTA Presidents? Just feel free guys and gals. You have privilege for life I guess. Just walked right into your former office and pack whatever the fuck you want.

If someone asks you; "what the fuck you're doing?", just give them a copy of this judicial wonderment and walk out. Whatever you decided to take from your former office is yours. What could possibly go wrong?

But, yeah...I am going to continue to tell my kids and grandkids that the "United States Judicial System is the best the world has ever seen".

members. Cannon has been a Society member since 2005 (source: Wikipedia)

Here's some info about said Society:

Q. What is the Federalist Society?
A. It is an organization of 60,000 lawyers, law students, scholars, and other individuals who believe and trust that individual citizens can make the best choices for themselves and society. It was founded in 1982 by a group of law students interested in making sure that the principles of limited government embodied in our Constitution receive a fair hearing.

Q. How does the Federalist Society carry out its mission?
A. The Society's main purpose is to sponsor fair, serious, and open debate about the need to enhance individual freedom and the role of the courts in saying what the law is rather than what they wish it to be. We believe debate is the best way to ensure that legal principles that have not been the subject of sufficient attention for the past several decades receive a fair hearing.

Q. Does the Federalist Society take positions on legal or policy issues or engage in other forms of political advocacy?
A. No. The Society is about ideas. We do not lobby for legislation, take policy positions, or sponsor or endorse nominees and candidates for public service. Beyond our statement of purpose the Federalist Society takes no public policy positions and does not participate in activism of any kind.

Sniffs of libertarian to me...
