A Labor Day moment from Frasier.

Frasier and Roz are in the studio at the radio station, one in each room with a glass window between them.

On his side of the window, Frazier is scowling and holding a piece of paper against the glass that says, "You're FIRED"

Roz responds with a smug smile and holds up a manila folder printed with, "I'M UNION"

Happy Labor Day!
