act goes into effect? I'm curious to find out how long borrowers get respite from paying before the anti-relief crowd gets it into the courts...that is if they do.

And on this that never gets bought up is the predatory nature of these loan back in the day. The loan pushers quite often were preying on financially unsophisticated students, and urging them to borrow as much as they could get them to borrow, which they of course benefited from how much they lent out.
