Half Of Our Justice Department Is Not Impartial, It Is Partisan

First off, this is not a hit piece on Merrick Garland, he is straight arrow, impartial, non-partisan AG. Some of our Justice department is impartial and non-partisan, the people who were appointed by Democrats.

This is a hit piece on Leonard Leo. Leonard Leo, not elected politicians, selects the judges and justices for Republicans. Our Justice department is filled with impartial, non-partisan, judges and justices who were selected by elected Democratic presidents. We have one political party doing the right thing and we have a hired gun, Leonard Leo who represents the Federalist Society. We have judges and justices who owe their allegiance to the Federalist Society instead of to the Constitution. Merrick Garland cannot fire partisan judges or justices, he has to work with what was given him.

This problem, coupled with a MSM that is owned and managed by domestic oligarchs is what Democrats are up against.

A remedy is to vote the bastards out in November. Vote like our lives and way of life depend on it, because they do.

Judges and Justices, whether partisan or impartial, aren't in the Justice Department which is in the Executive Branch; they are in the Judicial Branch. But I get your point, and your remedy is spot on.
