QUESTIONS PRESENTED

1. Whether, in light of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, 597 U.S. ___ (2022), the Rhode Island Supreme Court erred in holding that the unborn Petitioners, regardless of gestational age, are not entitled to the protections and guar- antees of the due process and equal protection clauses of the United States Constitution?

2. Whether, in light of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, 597 U.S. ___ (2022), the Rhode Island Supreme Court erred in holding that the unborn Petitioners, regardless of gestational age, categorically lacked standing to advance their claims?

1. I would think a person would have to have a personality.

A person implies self-awareness, and self-directed actions.
It's a long way from a fetus showing initial nervous system activity to the point where it actually thinks. Even rudimentary thought processes don't imply any self-directed thought.
No personality, no person.

2. Who talked to these fetuses?

How did they get the fetuses to agree to file? Where did they sign or agree to these petitions? How do they know what the fetuses want? Do the fetuses really want to live at the expense of their dead and/or injured mothers? How do we know the fetuses aren't altruistic? Why are we allowing fetuses legal actions we don't allow children?

Seems like a bunch of hocus pocus to me.

Catholics be crazy. When you make rulings based on superstitious religious nonsense, you get talking fetuses. Next up talking snakes and women getting pregnant without sex.

It's up to This Most Liberal of Courts, to speak ON BEHALF of said petitioner, and will damnsure uphold petitioners right to assert its own life and well-being, even via the Court or a third party advocate (like say, whatever backwards-ass State has decided that the weemins don't get to make any decisions).
