the DOJ to defy the court order and proceed with investigation and risk assessment? Or can he declare a national emergency and ask the Congress to pass emergency legislation to proceed. You know, Trump wanted to declare martial law over 2020 election results.
Why can't Biden use emergency powers granted by Congress and then have Congress pass laws rescinding emergency powers when this shitstorm is over?

Sounds to me like this shit is serious and Judge Cannon is unfit to make any decisions about this case. How can she have more power than the President?

Either DOJ will appeal or someone will review the files.

3. Bet the review gets done on expedited basis.

Not sure if an appeal does much if the upper circuit is as "conservative" as I've read on the board. But the USG ought to be able to say, OK, let the review happen....but it ain't gonna take more than 2 weeks to review.
