If a recipient of classified documents has to acknowledge that they are in possession of classified documents for review purposes, shouldn't there be a paper or digital trail available by now? By now, it seems logical that NARA or the DOJ would have an inventory list of documents that went to the WH or Oval Office and never returned. Such a list would be handy in order to organize all the "misplaced" or disorganized documents and to have a better grasp of just what specifically is gone. If the affected agencies are to do an effective risk assessment of what they no longer have and what took a detour through MAL, they ought to know. As this criminal investigation goes on, we're getting more examples of the old saying "the more we know, the less we know".

If we're going to lock him up, we better make sure he doesn't see natural sunlight for the rest of his miserable life except through the bars of the Supermax in Florence, CO.
