Any Supreme Court Justices who lied in their confirmation hearings to voluntarily resign. And then let that conversation unfurl. And if any “assets” die while a special master is at work, “judge” cannon should be tried for treason. It really is a bitch when you have no integrity but so many around you do.

I think there will come a time when public opinion of traitor trump sinks so low that this might very well be possible:

Any Supreme Court Justices who lied in their confirmation hearings to voluntarily resign.

We know that point is coming because every day gets worse for trump (and for the U.S. security).

Not to mention that tremendous backlash because of Dobbs.

The last 3 selected justices get RIF notices. Follow that by the Make SCOTUS Great Act and restore funding for 3 more justices selected by Dem controlled press and senate. Thought there was a sarcasm emoji somewhere but couldn’t find it.

reflecting the number of Federal District Courts. Right now, 4 justices are doubled up on ovwersight of these courts and that's not right.

There is no constitutional remedy to oust crackpot justices appointed by crooks. Expanding the court is an easy remedy although Republicans will squall their fool heads off. Nothing has set the limit of 9 justices into stone except a tradition that has long outlived its usefulness. And tradition, as we know, is peer pressure from dead people.

I'd argue for mandatory retirement age across the federal judiciary. Say, 70. Give existing judges 1 year to retire for all those above 70.

This dispatches Alito and Thomas. Sotomayor would be close to retiring too, with a retirement age of 70.

Could also argue for 75.

to disallow people in their 40s who haven't got the experience required to do on the job training and poison the court for 30 years.

A retirement age of 75 is good, too. I've known people who were sharp as tacks into their late 80s, but they are a minority. People start to fade in their 70s as nerve conduction slows down and the warranty of individual body parts starts to expire.

These will help in the long term, but we need more immediate relief from these unelected extremists trying to force their religious dogma onto us from the bench. Expanding the court is the only way.

And yes, I understand that some folks here don't like it when I point out details like this... I just always want to be accurate & factual & correct, even though I sometimes get hurtful blowback for it. My commitment is to accuracy & truth.

I know I often don't choose the right words (or enough words) to precisely convey what I mean. Ironic for someone who was an English Honors student in college, right? Chalk it up to running my own business which keeps me way too busy juggling multiple jobs & customer communications at any given time.
