Maybe someone has already posted a similar explanation but if not, the link goes into some details beyond my comprehension. The potential damage from some of the information getting into the wrong hands is dire.

For more then a year would be amplified by the knucklehead noise machine if said documents were found in a (D) home. But they weren’t and the noise machine is currently impotent.
