Ex-Special Master Kenneth Feinberg Foresees Problem With Trump's Case

A former special master has described the difficulty in appointing someone who will look over the documents seized by the FBI from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home last month.

Kenneth Feinberg, a lawyer who was appointed the special master for the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund, told Bloomberg "it is not going to be so easy" finding a person to see if the removed materials are protected by attorney-client privilege or executive privilege following District Judge Aileen Cannon's ruling on Monday.

Due to the nature of the case, the Department of Justice requested if someone was to be appointed special master—a move the government agency argued was not necessary—the special master must have the security clearance required to review the top secret and classified documents seized from Trump's Florida home.

"It is not going to be so easy—finding someone qualified, willing to take the heat, and also not adversely concerned about Justice Department opposition, Feinberg said.

Such probably won't matter to the idiot judge.

It's in the Presidential Records Act. In fact, it MUST be moved to DC.

Was it Tribe? Or Katyall? It was news to me.

Anyway, if that is possible, it certainly should be done. If that is truly where the jurisdiction lies, then it is not a partisan move.

I hope the speakers on Lawrence's show are right.

certainly not djt.

This is akin to letting a crook hang onto jewels or money they stole, until some authority looks at, decides whom it/where it/how it should be processed/handled. This is a ridiculous and tainted ruling by the trump loving judge. She's not impartial at all, and thus, is violating her ethics.

9. I think Trump has the power to anoint someone with security clearance at the biggest level

Some say he can give someone the biggest clearance anyone has ever seen, and he can do it in his own mind without any of that paperwork. In fact, he doesn't even have to tell anyone so the Deep State won't find out.
