A former special master has described the difficulty in appointing someone who will look over the documents seized by the FBI from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home last month.
Kenneth Feinberg, a lawyer who was appointed the special master for the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund, told Bloomberg "it is not going to be so easy" finding a person to see if the removed materials are protected by attorney-client privilege or executive privilege following District Judge Aileen Cannon's ruling on Monday.
Due to the nature of the case, the Department of Justice requested if someone was to be appointed special mastera move the government agency argued was not necessarythe special master must have the security clearance required to review the top secret and classified documents seized from Trump's Florida home.
"It is not going to be so easyfinding someone qualified, willing to take the heat, and also not adversely concerned about Justice Department opposition, Feinberg said.

Anyway, if that is possible, it certainly should be done. If that is truly where the jurisdiction lies, then it is not a partisan move.

This is akin to letting a crook hang onto jewels or money they stole, until some authority looks at, decides whom it/where it/how it should be processed/handled. This is a ridiculous and tainted ruling by the trump loving judge. She's not impartial at all, and thus, is violating her ethics.
