The "No Duty To Protect" Supreme Court decision -- which I truly believe has been conflated into "No Desire To Protect" and has been used as cover for the community-encouraged eliminations of undesirable elements, giving criminals more legitimate purpose, in many localities, than many law-abiding citizens.
