His performance to date does not indicate the intellectual abilities to conceptualize on that level.

I cant believe anyone spending any time listening to him would vote for him but then I thought that about Chitolini....who of course only won because of our unique system where you can get less votes but win.....if you are Republican....that stupid system will never ever benefit a Democrat. Just like the Senate, where sparsely populated States, mostly republican leaning States get two Senators just like States with more people than many countries have.
Its all tilted in favor of Republicans.
