“Justice Lagoa left the Florida Supreme Court on December 6, 2019, when she received her commission as a judge on the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals based in Atlanta from President Donald Trump,” the bio says.

Barbara Jones. Retired Judge. 75 years old. Originally named to court by Clinton. Served as Special Master in Michael Cohen and Project Veritas cases.

Thomas Griffith. Retired Judge. 68 years old. Originally named to court by George W. Bush. Vouched for by a lot of Democrats when he was nominated to court and supported by then Senators Obama, Biden and Reid (among around 20 Democrats) In 2021 named by Biden to the Commission on the Supreme Court.

Raymond Dearie. Retired judge. 78 years old. Originally named to court by Reagan.Served as a FISA judge from 2012-2019.

Paul Huck Jr. No judicial experience. Son of a retired judge who was originally named to court by Clinton. Not sure of age, but probably in his 50s (his father is 82). Major Federalist Society guy. Seemingly clear disqualifying factoid: his wife is a judge on the 11th Circuit named to the court by Trump (and confirmed by an 80-15 vote).

One of these four clearly shouldn't be on the list. Will be interesting to see if that's the on chosen.
