It's no different than shooting a whitetail deer.

Of all the things I hate the Trump's over, and there are plenty to choose from, this is pretty much at the bottom of the barrel. If there were alligators in Minnesota, I'm sure I'd be hunting and eating them as well.

Mr pete went to graduate school at UAB and we lived in AL for four years.
I visited Gulf Shores, AL in the 80s. There were alligators big and small in every canal and puddle.
I went back in 2014 and all the alligators were at the gas stops, stuffed heads in every size, whole bodies too.
I never saw a live one except at the tourist traps.
The bees and the snakes were gone too.
It's not the hunting that bothers me as much as the total annihilation of non-human plants and animals.
