Glass had crashed his car into a bush, getting it stuck, on a road in Silver Plume and called 911 for help. During the encounter, deputies and officers from several agencies tried to persuade Glass to exit his vehicle, but he wouldn't, saying he was terrified.

Once they decided to force entry break a window it was predictable that this event could most likely unfold the way it did, he said. Its predictable in law enforcement that that is going to provoke some type of negative unfortunate response, and weve seen it time and time again.

We were out there in August and went out to eat and the entire crew was there in full character.

Glass repeatedly screams in terror, his head swinging around to look at the officers surrounding his vehicle.
He continues screaming in clear terror as officers fire beanbags at him and one of the officers calls out, Someone tase his ass!
One of the officers then unloads a flurry of shots as Glass holds the knife up as another officer approaches his window.
An autopsy showed that Glass died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds, including five in his torso. The manner of death, in my opinion, is homicide, the pathologist wrote.
