Even the calls and texts that might have been deleted on the phone itself.

...and other techniques to evade law enforcement and surveillance. But I'm sure his provider has been subpoenaed already. If we're lucky, PillowMan has been under surveillance by the three-letter agencies. I'm hoping that there's been a wiretap on the guy for some time--on everything: phone, internet, the works.
