We should win big, since liberal Democratic policy is best for working Americans and non-billionaires.

But they CHEAT. And our elected politicians don't all seem to realize that.

So I'm not making any predictions.

I think we end up over 52 in the Senate. The House’ll be tough- there’s been a lot of Republican fuckery going on with gerrymandering and voter suppression… but if Kansas and Alaska were bellwethers, there may be enough of a blue wave that won’t be enough for them. And Graham’s saying he’ll introduce a national abortion ban… that is not gonna help them at all.

When turnout is large, Dems win.
Encourage early voting, or vote by mail/absentee, so that bad weather, last minute problems don't keep you or other Dems from voting.

And then our side only votes every 4 years, if that. I'm just hoping enough women voters are fired up. I hope as a gender we're not going to watch silently while the US morphs into Gilead.

means we keep the Senate and the House.

Of course, there’s that part of me that is expecting to get kicked in the teeth as in so many other elections when I had high hopes going in. But I do think Dobbs is a game changer. Almost everyone I know is absolutely furious and eager to vote blue.

Warning though, I thought for sure our guys would win every time because what kind of boneheads wouldn’t see they were being shook down?
