From totally preventable complications. And the Catholics are happy for it too. It's what their evidence free god wants to happen.

Increasing maternal deaths are a feature of religion and not a side affect. It's their faith in a god that spurs the religious to force birth onto unwilling women and take away abortion rights from the poor. All without a speck of evidence that it does anything more than cause more suffering. Great loving gods you got there.

They don't want the women of the state know how much they are being killed on purpose for some asses desires to control them & pretend to be morally superior. If someone leaks the stats, they will go to jail, guaranteed.
