Great! The railroad strike was averted with a tentative agreement!

With help from Biden’s administration a tentative agreement has been reached! The strike could have crippled our nation’s economy and cause may problems throughout many industries.

What a relief he was able to prevent the strike and I trust his negotiating skills to reach a permanent deal!

It seems like the railroad companies wouldn't have a choice to impose such strict measures (at least that's how I am understanding it).

A railroad strike coupled with that disastrous inflation report would've been a dagger at November. The momentum we've been finally gathering could've been halted in its tracks.

I still think Dobbs is the dark horse that'll upset some apple carts, but those two things combined would've exerted pressure in purple areas and probably be enough to shift some of the narrower races.

So if the agreement does go through, it'll be one less thing. Inflation is bad enough as it is. The country certainly wouldn't need that.
