Legal Talking Heads stated last night that DOJ would appeal

this morning. I’ve been tuning in on and off to hear that news but so far nothing. Are they really going to go along with this handpicked Trumpy to rule on our nation’s most sensitive secrets?

appeal. I expect to see one filed. They have already filed the notice back right after her original ruling so it is coming.

Not being a lawyer, I guess I thought an appeal would be in place of accepting a special master, but it sounds like he has already set up a meeting time with them all.

They are working day and night to get this case moved out from under that quack Cannon. If it takes a few days to do that - I’m ok. America’s secrets belong in a federally secure location - not used as cocktail party favors by a madman.
